Spaghetti Arms

But seriously, I feel like I have spaghetti arms right now.  Typing and using the mouse are rough, love it!

Quick arm workout tonight and then boxing class.  Enough said.  Lots of frustrations to take out on the bag, so I had at it.  And now...spaghetti arms.
