I tried these today.
Having seen them many times at Trader Joe's, I thought it was worth a shot. They're VERY low in calories. Then yesterday the Fitnessista mentioned them as well, so I figured it was time to give them a taste.
The verdict - I'll pass.
They taste too much like seaweed and have a weird consistency. I felt a bit like I was eating fish food.
